Isotrack M
Whilst Isotrack M is light enough to be handled and installed on the ground using two persons, it can provide temporary trackway and work areas for many medium to heavy duty applications. The overlaps and M12 bolt connection system ensures a safe, continuous and stable work surface.

Isotrack M is lightweight and manhandable mat. Each mat weighs approximately 43 kg and is designed as a two-person lift, allowing fast installation without cranes in many applications.
The mats are made from durable plastic materials and will provide many years of service on a wide range of projects. Some Isotrack customers are still using mats that are more than 12-years old.
It is recommended that when installed, Isotrack M mats are connected to prevent separation during use and to provide a safe working surface for personnel and vehicles. Each mat incorporates an overlap connection system with 12 connection positions. Mats are securely fastened using M12 bolts, creating a stable and continuous roadway or working platform. At least two connection points should be used on each connected side.
This depends on the weight of the vehicle (contact pressure) and the bearing capacity of the underlying ground. Isotrack M is designed for a wide range of wheeled and steel-tracked equipment, depending on ground conditions. It is suitable for light, medium and heavy vehicles on firm ground and selected applications on soft ground following a proper site assessment.
Yes. Isotrack M performs well on many soft ground conditions. However, it is not recommended for very soft or boggy ground with extremely low bearing capacity. For these applications, Isotrack X is the recommended solution.
Yes. One side of the mat is specifically designed for steel-tracked equipment. To minimise wear, tracked vehicles should travel slowly in a straight line and avoid turning or spinning on the mats.
For particularly wet or muddy sites, installing a geotextile beneath the mats is recommended. This helps prevent mud and water from being pumped onto the mat surface, improves working conditions and reduces cleaning requirements.
